Order Processing
Orders are processed after production is completed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume and item availability.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days once your order has shipped.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.
Preorder Orders
If your order contains a preorder item, shipping will occur only after production is complete. Please refer to our Preorder Policy for production timelines (5–9 weeks) prior to shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Osiris is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Osiris is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
