At Osiris, all sales are considered final.



No Returns or Refunds



We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to sizing, fit, change of mind, or delayed delivery.



Defective or Damaged Items



Refunds or replacements are only considered if:


  • The item arrives defective or damaged
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached and original packaging included
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery



Requests that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted.



Review Process



All defect claims are subject to review. Osiris reserves the right to request photo or video evidence before approving a replacement or store credit.



Approved Claims



If approved, Osiris will offer:


  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit at our discretion



Cash refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied.



Shipping Costs



Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping unless otherwise stated.



Preorder Items



All preorder items are final sale and follow the same defect-only policy outlined above.
